Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage has been practised in India for over a thousand years, traditionally restricted to the head and hair to keep hair healthy and strong. The technique has evolved to include neck, shoulders, upper back and upper arms and is effective in relieving stress and muscle tension in these areas and in relieving mental fatigue. It is performed with the receiver in a sitting position.
Pregnancy, Birth & Beyond
Many chemically produced medications have side-effects. Essential oils, properly administered, produce no harmful side-effects and work at boosting the body’s own self-healing properties. This is particularly beneficial during Pregnancy, when the developing baby is vulnerable from the effects of certain drugs.
